As an Indian passport holder with a valid visa/pass (valid for at least 1 month) from one of the 8 qualifying countries and an onward flight to a third country within 96 hours, you are eligible to enter Singapore visa-free!
The 8 ICA Qualifying Countries for Indian Nationals
Under official ICA guidelines, Indian passport holders must possess a valid visa or long-term pass (with at least 1 month validity from entry date) issued by any of the following 8 nations:
Extensions of stay under the VFTF are strictly prohibited by Singapore Immigration. You must depart Singapore on or before the 96th hour from entry.
If your visa is a Single Journey Visa (already used once to enter Australia, USA, etc.), you can only use VFTF on your return leg traveling directly from that country through Singapore back home.
All transit passengers passing through Singapore immigration under VFTF must submit an SG Arrival Card online within 3 days prior to landing.
